TSZ-YING (KEWBEI) LEE
Intern Therapist

Life can sometimes feel overwhelming. We may become occupied with meeting expectations, adapting to change, or taking care of those around us, while gradually losing the capacity to take care of ourselves. Whether you are navigating stress, cross-cultural experiences, relationship concerns, identity questions, or simply trying to make sense of what you are feeling, counselling offers a space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself.
Because some feelings and experiences are difficult to fully translate, I offer counselling in both Mandarin and English. Language is not just a communication tool, but also a way of expressing oneself. However, words in different languages don't always carry the exact same meaning or emotional depth. Through both Mandarin and English counselling, my aim is to meet you with cultural humility and provide a safe, supportive space where you can explore your inner experiences and fully express yourself in the language that feels most comfortable to you.
